If the garment depends on stretch, specify the required direction and assessment conditions, then test the sample with the seams and lining planned for that piece. Confirm the usable width, finished-fabric GSM where relevant and the composition before approving the material. Identify the selected sample with its reference and photographs, including the edge or pattern section important to your garment.
