We operate 206 machines: 146 knitting and warp-knitting machines, and 60 shuttle embroidery machines. Our regular monthly output is around 5 million meters, with peak capacity of up to 300,000 meters per day. Capacity and timing for your order depend on the lace construction, width, finish and production schedule.

Before production, we agree on the sample, material, width, color, finish and quality checks. We keep these details with the order so they can be checked again for repeat orders. Any testing or certification requirements are confirmed for your specific product and order.
