Commercial scope & contact
YiTuo Lace is the trading brand of Shaoxing Yituo Garment Accessories Co., Ltd. (绍兴亿拓服装辅料有限公司). These policies apply to commercial purchases for production, business use or resale, including lace, fabrics, accessories and custom-made products.
Special sales, order or quality terms mutually agreed in writing take priority for the relevant order. Browsing the website, making an inquiry, requesting samples or receiving a quotation does not by itself mean that an order has been accepted.
Your original order representative coordinates order-related matters. You may also contact johngan@yituolace.com with your company name, order reference and details of the issue. Our published office address is not an automatic return address.
Returns of conforming commercial goods
We do not accept returns or refunds for goods that conform to the confirmed order because of changed purchasing plans, style preferences, reduced demand or poor downstream sales. This applies to both stock and made-to-order goods. Cutting, processing, dyeing, washing, use or mixing with other goods does not create a right to return them for those non-quality reasons.
Any exceptional commercial return requires prior written agreement on the quantity, condition, deadline and charges. This rule does not restrict the handling of incorrect goods, shortages, defects or other failure to meet the agreed requirements.
Processing does not automatically exclude a claim for a latent defect that could not reasonably have been discovered during an appropriate inspection.
Changes or cancellation of custom orders
Changes or cancellation of a confirmed custom order require written agreement. This includes commissioned sampling, material procurement, dyeing, printing, embroidery, width, finishing and packaging requirements.
Before work or procurement starts, we do not charge for production or materials that have not been incurred. Separately commissioned development, design or sample services already completed are settled as agreed. Once work or procurement has started, the settlement may include completed work, irrevocable purchases and reasonable direct costs that cannot be recovered.
Completed custom goods cannot be cancelled unilaterally for convenience; payment and collection remain subject to the order. When calculating cancellation costs, recovered funds and the value of materials that can reasonably be reused or resold are deducted. Costs will not be charged twice.
Payments already received are credited against the charges due under the agreement and applicable law, with any remaining balance refunded. Deposits are not treated as automatically non-refundable in every circumstance. Cancellation arising from a seller breach is not treated as a buyer convenience cancellation.
Inspection & quality claims
Conformity is assessed against the confirmed order, specifications, approved sample, quantity, quality requirements and agreed tolerances. Website photographs and screen colours do not replace the approved sample and written specifications. Screen differences alone do not establish a defect, and “normal variation” is not an excuse for failing to meet agreed requirements.
Carry out an appropriate inspection promptly after receipt. Before bulk cutting or processing, check the identity, specifications, colour, quantity and issues reasonably detectable at that stage. For a claim, provide the order and product reference, batch or roll identification, a description and affected quantity, when the issue was discovered, photographs, video, test results or other evidence, and the relevant approved sample, specifications or order details.
Notify latent issues promptly after discovery. Notification deadlines follow the agreed order and applicable law, not a universal short period that automatically extinguishes every claim. Stop affected processing and preserve identifiable batches and samples while the issue is reviewed.
If a problem was known or should reasonably have been discovered, the avoidable additional loss resulting from failure to take reasonable measures will be assessed according to its cause, the order and applicable law.
Return arrangements & responsibility for costs
Before sending goods back, obtain written instructions confirming the actual return address, quantity, packaging, carrier and required documents. Do not automatically return goods to a website or office address.
For an approved non-quality return, the buyer pays return freight and necessary charges agreed in writing. For confirmed incorrect goods or nonconformity attributable to us, we bear reasonable necessary costs as required by the agreement and applicable law and coordinate return or an appropriate local remedy. Costs caused by improper handling, improper processing or improper use by the buyer are the buyer’s responsibility.
Where responsibility is disputed, we will investigate rather than automatically allocate all costs to either party. Non-urgent third-party rework, return transport or replacement purchases require prior written agreement. For urgent, reasonable and necessary protective or loss-mitigation expenses, notify us as soon as possible and retain receipts; such expenses are not automatically excluded solely because prior approval was unavailable.
Remedies, adjustments & refunds
We give priority to reasonable replenishment, rework, replacement or another remedy that can be completed without unreasonable delay or inconvenience. If a reasonable remedy cannot be completed, a price adjustment, refund or other remedy under the agreement and applicable law will be determined in light of the affected goods and the seriousness of the issue.
A problem affecting part of an order does not automatically entitle the buyer to cancel or obtain a refund for the whole order. This does not exclude circumstances in which the agreement or applicable law requires a remedy for the whole order.
The refund amount, applicable charges and reasonable handover steps will be confirmed in writing. Refunds normally go to the original payer through the original payment channel. Changes to payment details require identity verification and written authorisation.
Banks, payment services and currency conversion can affect when funds arrive. Costs will not be deducted twice, and an approved refund will not be delayed indefinitely.
Languages, policy versions & existing orders
The English, Spanish, French and German versions follow the same commercial rules. The language of the actual order, special terms and any agreed precedence are confirmed by the parties in writing; no language is automatically given unilateral priority.
The relevant policy version must be provided before the contract is concluded and appropriately incorporated into the order. Later policy changes do not automatically alter confirmed orders. Publication and the agreed order process determine the applicable version.
Nothing in these policies excludes mandatory rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
