These terms apply when you browse or use the YiTuo Lace website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
YiTuo Lace is the trading brand used by 绍兴亿拓服装辅料有限公司. Company and facility details are available on the About page.
Website information is a sourcing reference
Information on this website is provided for general B2B sourcing, technical discussion and product-reference purposes. It is not a quotation, binding offer, order acceptance, warranty or specification for a particular transaction.
Product appearance can vary with photography, screen display and sample variation. Confirm dimensions, colors and other specifications for the relevant order. A visible product record does not establish current availability or readiness for production.
Inquiries, quotations and orders
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, purchase-order acceptance, exclusivity obligation or obligation to supply. A commercial commitment exists only when the relevant parties complete the required review and confirm it in an authorized written document.
Prices, taxes, currency, payment, minimum quantities, sample terms, packing, Incoterms, transport, acceptance criteria, cancellation, returns and remedies must be agreed for the relevant transaction. These website terms do not supply missing order terms.
Product, capacity and compliance statements
Product availability, construction, material, color, width, finish, minimum order quantity, capacity allocation, sample approval, lead time, price, inspection scope and compliance documentation must be confirmed in writing for the relevant order.
- General production figures provide planning context and are not a guaranteed allocation, output or delivery schedule.
- A certificate or assessment applies only within its stated entity, validity, product or process scope and order requirements.
- A GRS scope certificate alone is not shipment proof; goods claimed as GRS certified require the applicable valid transaction documentation.
- Intertek TQP is a facility-practices assessment, not a product certification or product-quality guarantee.
Files, designs and confidential material
You must have the right to share every sample, image, sketch, tech pack, specification, brand asset or other material you submit. Do not submit unlawful material or content that infringes another party’s intellectual-property, privacy or confidentiality rights.
Submitting material does not automatically create a confidential relationship or non-disclosure agreement. If special confidentiality, exclusivity or design-use restrictions are required, contact YiTuo Lace and complete an appropriate written agreement before sending the material.
YiTuo Lace may use submitted material only as reasonably necessary to review and respond to the request, subject to any separate written agreement and the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, submit deceptive or unlawful inquiries, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.
Reasonable indexing by legitimate search engines is permitted. Automated extraction, republication or commercial reuse of substantial site content requires prior permission where applicable.
