This policy covers personal information handled through the YiTuo Lace website, direct business inquiries and related sourcing conversations. It does not govern a linked website or service operated by another organization.

Information the inquiry workflow handles
- Business identity and contact information: company or brand name, work email and, if you choose to provide it, a WhatsApp number for replies about that inquiry. The number is supplied by you and is not inferred from your email address. Providing it does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
- Inquiry information: the product, sourcing, development, production, supplier-review or documentation requirement you describe.
- Optional specifications: country or region, application, material or technique, width, color, expected quantity, target date and certification requirement.
- Reference files: up to ten JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF files, subject to the visible size limits.
- Page and product context: the originating page, inquiry topic and, on product pages, the product ID, name, reference and path.
- Technical and security records: submission and handling times, retry identifiers, file checksums and hashed rate-limit identifiers are stored to manage requests and prevent duplicates or abuse.
How information may be used
Inquiry information is available to authorized staff for business purposes, including:
- acknowledging and routing an inquiry;
- replying about that inquiry through WhatsApp when you choose to provide a WhatsApp number;
- reviewing technical feasibility, material and construction questions;
- preparing requested sourcing, sampling, production or documentation next steps;
- maintaining necessary business correspondence and order records where a commercial relationship follows; and
- protecting the website, meeting legal obligations and responding to lawful requests.
The applicable legal basis depends on the request and the law that applies—for example, steps requested before a contract, legitimate B2B communication, legal obligations or consent where consent is required. The website does not currently provide a marketing subscription or use inquiry information for automated decisions.
Reference files and sensitive information
Please submit only files you are authorized to share. Do not upload government identifiers, financial-account information, health information or other sensitive personal information. If a design requires special confidentiality, contact us to arrange an appropriate written agreement before sending it.
Images and documents can contain names, comments, revision history or location metadata. Remove information that is not needed for the technical review. The server checks file content, type, number and size before storage. These checks do not guarantee that a file is free from malicious content.
Service providers, disclosures and international transfers
WhatsApp contact links open an external service with a prefilled message containing the public page address, website entry and, where relevant, a product reference. They do not copy your unsent form details or files. Review and send the message in WhatsApp; its own privacy terms apply. This website does not currently store WhatsApp click events or receive your WhatsApp conversations automatically.
Authorized YiTuo staff can access submitted inquiry details and private attachments to handle the request. External contact services handle information you choose to send through them under their own privacy terms.
Information may also be disclosed to professional advisors, authorities where legally required, or parties involved in a business transaction, subject to applicable safeguards. YiTuo Lace does not currently operate advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking through this website.

Retention and security
Retention needs depend on the inquiry, any resulting business relationship, applicable legal or accounting requirements, dispute management and security records. Contact us with your inquiry reference to ask about the information we hold, its retention or deletion.
The inquiry service uses staff access controls, private attachment storage, server-side input validation and rate limits. No internet or storage system can be described as completely secure.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Conditions and legal exceptions may apply.

Children, policy changes and review
