Commercial scope & contact
YiTuo Lace is the trading brand of Shaoxing Yituo Garment Accessories Co., Ltd. (绍兴亿拓服装辅料有限公司). These policies apply to commercial purchases for production, business use or resale, including lace, fabrics, accessories and custom-made products.
Special sales, order or quality terms mutually agreed in writing take priority for the relevant order. Browsing the website, making an inquiry, requesting samples or receiving a quotation does not by itself mean that an order has been accepted.
Your original order representative coordinates order-related matters. You may also contact johngan@yituolace.com with your company name, order reference and details of the issue. Our published office address is not an automatic return address.
Published prices & order confirmation
Published starting unit prices are real prices for the stated reference, specification, unit and minimum-order or quantity conditions. They are not placeholder or estimated prices. Changes to quantity, specification, colour, process or packaging may change the applicable unit price. Freight and taxes are identified separately as applicable.
The final order records the quantity, unit price, total amount, payment terms and delivery arrangements. A page price does not by itself accept an order or reserve stock: an authorised written order confirmation is required. Later website price changes do not automatically change confirmed order prices.
Any quotation validity period must be stated in the actual quotation. A validity period is not invented for a website listing.
Supply status & stock confirmation
A published product or price does not mean that stock has been reserved. Price and supply status are separate. Confirm the required product reference, colour, specification and quantity before relying on a supply commitment.
“Confirmed stock” is used only when sellable stock has been verified for the relevant reference, colour, specification and quantity; allocation is still confirmed for the order. “Made to order” means the production conditions and schedule have been confirmed, not that finished goods are in stock.
“Availability to confirm” is used when materials, specifications, required quantity or capacity still need checking. “Out of stock” and “Discontinued” are used only when the relevant lack of stock or discontinuation has been confirmed.
A designated responsible person must maintain supply records identifying their source, specification, quantity, unit and verification time and update them for stock movements and allocations. If the information can no longer be confirmed as current, the status returns to “Availability to confirm”. A photograph, price, sample or general manufacturing capability is not evidence of stock.
Destinations & transport arrangements
Shipping arrangements depend on the destination, goods, quantity and transport feasibility. We confirm the countries or regions served, available methods and delivery conditions for each order. The languages available on this website do not define our shipping destinations.
Samples and bulk orders are arranged separately. Express courier, air freight, sea freight or another agreed method may be used where applicable. A customer courier account or nominated forwarder can be used after the handover, documentation and charges have been agreed.
Where transport, regulatory or other applicable restrictions prevent a route or shipment, we cannot accept that shipping arrangement. We will discuss available alternatives where possible.
Freight, taxes & trade terms
Unless expressly included in the written quotation, website product prices exclude international freight, insurance, import duties, destination taxes, customs clearance and local surcharges. Freight is calculated for the weight, volume, packaging, destination and chosen service. An omitted freight charge does not mean free shipping.
The applicable trade term, its version and the named place must be stated in the order. Allocation of costs and risk follows the agreed order terms; a general description such as “door-to-door” does not replace that agreement.
The buyer must provide accurate shipping and consignee details and fulfil the customs, payment and receipt obligations allocated to them. Reasonable additional costs caused by incorrect buyer information or failure to perform those obligations are borne by the buyer. This does not transfer seller-caused costs to the buyer.
Preparation, production & delivery timing
Sample preparation, bulk production, dispatch and transit are separate stages. A sample lead time is not a bulk-order lead time. The schedule is confirmed in writing after the required advance payment and sample, colour and technical approvals are in place.
Changes to quantity, material, colour, dimensions, process, packaging or destination may require a revised price or schedule. Additional work and costs will be explained in writing before the changed work continues.
Transit forecasts are not guaranteed arrival dates. If an issue is expected to affect delivery, we will inform the buyer and coordinate the next steps. This distinction does not remove responsibilities arising from the agreed order or applicable law.
Dispatch, receipt & transport issues
Available tracking details, shipping documents or handover records will be sent through the agreed email or communication channel. On receipt, check the packaging, package count and obvious damage. Record exceptions and retain photographs, labels and packaging where relevant, then notify us promptly.
Transport claims are handled according to the agreed trade terms, carriage arrangements and actual responsibility for the issue. Assistance with a claim does not mean that either party accepts every loss.
Do not use refusal, abandonment or an unarranged return as a substitute for resolving an issue with us. Where urgent protective or loss-mitigation action is necessary, notify us promptly and retain supporting evidence.
Product information & suitability
Product references, materials, dimensions and colours apply to the items for which they have been verified. A collection of different designs must not be treated as one interchangeable product, and specifications must not be assigned to items to which they do not apply. Internal product codes do not automatically constitute a GTIN or manufacturer part number.
Any certification statement must match its actual product scope, certified entity, validity and conditions. Please state special performance or destination-market requirements before ordering so that samples, testing or additional review can be arranged as applicable.
General product descriptions are not guarantees of suitability for every application. This does not remove requirements expressly agreed for the order or obligations imposed by applicable law.
Languages, policy versions & existing orders
The English, Spanish, French and German versions follow the same commercial rules. The language of the actual order, special terms and any agreed precedence are confirmed by the parties in writing; no language is automatically given unilateral priority.
The relevant policy version must be provided before the contract is concluded and appropriately incorporated into the order. Later policy changes do not automatically alter confirmed orders. Publication and the agreed order process determine the applicable version.
Nothing in these policies excludes mandatory rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
